Always a struggle finding staff for assistance, including a front desk. Seemed like there was always only one person working. For example, there really never was a full continental breakfast. Most of the time there was only a couple items on the counter and when you would ask the one staff person to refill something (like waffle mix), they wouldn't bother with anything else so guests were constantly asking for one thing at a time to be restocked and waiting each time. There was never even any fruit on the breakfast bar. To be fair, wasn't the front desk persons fault. The same person working the front desk at 10 p.m. Saturday night was the same person working at 7 a.m. the next morning when I came back from my walk and same person working at 10 a.m. when I check out with kids. Poor lady worked all night and was covering front desk and breakfast. Seems hotel wants to charge full service rates while only paying one staff member to work 12 plus hours.

The Four Season is the best of the best. No other hotel comes close to their attention to detail.
